As a young person, Jeremy Anderson faced the perfect storm: the absence of his biological father, an ADHD diagnosis, drug and alcohol abuse, and repeated failure in school—including bouncing between three different schools in 9th grade before catching up and still graduating on time. Leaning on the Next Level principles he now teaches, he went on to earn both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, build several successful businesses, author seven books, and partner with top curriculum experts to create SEL and character-building resources for students, teachers, and parents. Today, Jeremy is one of the best educational motivational speakers in the world, known for his raw, real talk and practical strategies that transform school culture. His life’s work is to show students and staff that no matter how far behind or broken they feel, they can bounce back—and he teaches them how to do it.

Jeremy has traveled the world and found success as an author, educational consultant, and motivational speaker, but his greatest pride is his family. He and his wife, Traci, live in Atlanta, Georgia, with their daughter, Jewel, and son, Jaxon. Married for 16 years, Jeremy and Traci made a major life shift in 2012 when they walked away from two thriving careers to pursue their shared calling—impacting the lives of students and educators full-time. Those early years were tough, especially with a newborn at home, but the sacrifice paid off. At the end of the day, Jeremy’s biggest flex isn’t being a great speaker—it’s being a present husband and father.

In 2018, Jeremy and his wife, Traci, launched their nonprofit organization, Next Level Living, Inc. Since then, they’ve fed an average of 1,000 starving children every week in Cape Town, South Africa—nourishing not only their bellies, but their hearts and minds.

Believing deeply in the power of education, the Andersons have also sponsored 60 students to attend the College of Cape Town since 2020. They live by the conviction that they are “blessed to be a blessing,” and their generosity continues to open doors and change lives around the world. The Andersons are a powerful example of what happens when purpose, compassion, and action collide.
